Background
In 2019 UNCAPT was founded, drawing on two decades of software engineering and artificial intelligence insight. Our mission: to unlock the potential of AI in addressing real-world organisational challenges. Through extensive research, we identified 39 essential challenges—ranging from model performance and data security to user experience, legal frameworks, and system integration. Addressing these challenges led us to develop our approach to auditability, domain level expert alignment and ultimately our expert training platform, reasoning engine and visual knowledge banks that embeds ethical AI fundamentals into every step.
